M&M cookie sundae

What You Need — For the Cookies
1 and 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed light or dark brown sugar
1 large egg, at room temperature
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup mini M&Ms or mini chocolate chips
What You Need — For the Hot Fudge
2/3 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/3 cup dark brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup unsweetened natural cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt, optional and to taste
6 ounces dark or bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
What You Need — For the Marshmallow Sauce
18 marshmallows
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
What You Do — For the Cookies
Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Stir to combine.
Cream butter and two sugars together. Add egg and vanilla. Stir to combine.
Add in half dry mixture to wet mixture and stir gently until just combined.
Fold in M&Ms or chocolate chips.
Place dollops on parchment lined baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
Bake for 8 – 12 minutes.
Let cool slightly on tray before removing.
What You Do — For the Hot Fudge
Combine cream, corn syrup, brown sugar, and cocoa powder in small sauce pan. Stir to combine.
Bring to a low simmer for 4 – 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in chopped chocolate, salt, and vanilla until smooth.
Add butter and stir until dissolved.
What You Do — For the Marshmallow Sauce
Place marshmallows and cream in microwave safe bowl.
Microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring between each time until mixture is smooth.
Add in vanilla.
