Mix together ground beef with 1 teaspoon onion powder, garlic powder, and salt. Add in 1 tablespoon dijon mustard.
Use hands to mix, ensuring it's well combined. Shape patties into equal size patties.
Heat a skillet to high and place burgers in, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.

Flip, and cook for 5 minutes on the other side.
Serve with desired toppings.
What You Do — For the Oven Fries
Cut clean potatoes into wedges.
Place in a sauce pan with cold water and 1 tablespoon salt. Boil for 15 minutes.
Strain out potatoes and toss with oil and 1 teaspoon salt, and if desired, garlic powder.
Lay out potatoes on parchment lined sheet tray with space around each potato.
Cook until golden brown, anywhere from 20 – 40 minutes depending on the oven.
Halfway through, move around on the tray to ensure even cooking.
What You Do — For Balsamic Vinaigrette
Combine vinegar, chopped garlic, dijon mustard, and honey or brown sugar in a medium sized bowl.
Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper.
Slowly stream in olive oil while stirring constantly, making sure to create the emulsification.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
