Balsamic Vinaigrette

What You Need —

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon dijon mustard

3/4 cup olive oil

1 garlic clove

1 – 2 tablespoons brown sugar or honey

Romaine lettuce, assorted veggies for salad

What You Do —

  1. Combine vinegar, chopped garlic, dijon mustard, and honey or brown sugar in a medium sized bowl.

  2. Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Slowly stream in olive oil while stirring constantly, making sure to create the emulsification.

  4. Taste and adjust seasoning.
