Balsamic Vinaigrette

What You Need —
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
3/4 cup olive oil
1 garlic clove
1 – 2 tablespoons brown sugar or honey
Romaine lettuce, assorted veggies for salad
What You Do —
Combine vinegar, chopped garlic, dijon mustard, and honey or brown sugar in a medium sized bowl.
Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper.
Slowly stream in olive oil while stirring constantly, making sure to create the emulsification.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
