Hot & Sweet Sauce; Soy Scallion Sauce

Add bold flavors to your dishes with these two versatile sauces. The Hot & Sweet Sauce offers a perfect balance of tangy and spicy, while the Soy Scallion Sauce provides a savory and slightly sweet taste with a hint of freshness from the scallions. Use these sauces as dips, marinades, or drizzles to elevate your meals. Chefleen Says: Be careful to not let your hot & sweet sauce over reduce or you'll end up with candy. If it becomes too thick, add a bit more water.
