What You Need — For the Kiwi Mint Mojito
3 tablespoons raw sugar
3 tablespoons fresh mint
3 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 – 1 kiwi, diced
4 tablespoons rum
Club Soda
What You Need — For the Rose Hibiscus Margarita
4 ounces tequila
1 ounce grand mariner
1 ounce lime juice
2 tablespoons hibiscus tea
1 teaspoon rose water
Honey, agave, sugar to taste
What You Do — For the Mojito
Muddle sugar, lime, and mint in a large glass.
Add in diced kiwi and smash to the desired consistency.
Stir in rum and add ice.
Top with club soda.
