Pink Drink

Quench your thirst with this refreshing Pink Drink, a delightful blend of hibiscus or raspberry tea, fresh strawberries, orange juice, and creamy coconut milk. This vibrant and slightly sweet beverage is perfect for cooling off on a warm day or serving at your next brunch gathering. Chefleen Says: Make in a pitcher but serve over ice. Be sure tea is cool before pouring into glass!

What You Need —

1 hibiscus or raspberry tea bag

2 cups water

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

8 ripe strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced, divided

1/2 cup orange juice

1/2 cup light coconut milk (from a can or carton)

What You Do —

  1. Bring water to boil in a pan and remove from heat. Place tea bag inside.

  2. Slice strawberries, add half of them to the hot water.

  3. Let mixture brew/cool for 20 minutes.

  4. Mix in honey to taste.

  5. Add in orange juice and coconut milk.

  6. Add in remaining sliced strawberries.

  7. Serve over ice.
