Spicy Pineapple Margarita

What You Need — For a Pitcher
1.5 parts Tequila
1 part Fresh lime juice
4 parts Pineapple juice, or canned or fresh pineapple smashed
Jalapeño, to taste
1 part Sugar or Honey or Agave
What You Need — For a Glass
1.5 ounces tequila
1 ounce lime juice
4 ounces pineapple juice
1-2 tablespoons sugar, honey, or agave
What You Do —
Rim your glass by dipping the edge of the glass into water and then sugar or salt.
Slice your jalapeño and taste a piece to determine how much you will use.
Muddle the jalapeño and sugar with pineapple pieces, if using fresh pineapple.
Add in tequila, lime juice, and pineapple juice with ice.
Shake or stir to combine.
Strain over ice or serve straight up for a more liquor-forward experience.
