Sugar’d Bacon

What You Need —
1/2 cup brown sugar
Optional: hot chili flakes
Bacon (as many strips as you desire)
What You Do —
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Prep a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a baking tray on top.
Spread the brown sugar (and optional chili flakes) onto a plate.
Dip each bacon strip into the sugar mixture and press to coat each piece evenly.
Place the coated bacon strips on the prepared baking tray.
Bake in the preheated oven until crispy, about 15 – 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the bacon.
