CRISPY CHICKEN THIGHS

What You Need —
4 – 6 chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on
Salt
Pepper
Lemon
What You Do —
Use a paper towel to dry off any excess moisture from chicken.
Season heavily with salt and pepper.
Place skin side down in cold pan.
Turn heat onto medium low and begin to render fat off skin.
Leave chicken skin side down for 30 – 40 minutes until skin is super crispy and golden brown.
Transfer chicken to foil lined baking sheet and cook at 400°F for 15 – 20 minutes until chicken registers at 165°F.
