Perfect Roasted Potatoes

What You Need —
2 – 3 russet potatoes
Canola oil
Garlic powder
Truffle oil/butter
Salt/pepper
Grated parmesan cheese, parsley (optional)
What You Do —
Slice potatoes into quarters.
Boil in salted water until shaggy.
Toss with oil, garlic powder, salt/pepper.
Cook cut side down for most crisp in 400°F oven.
When golden brown, toss with fresh herbs, garlic, truffle oil/butter, lemon zest, and/or parmesan if desired.
