Perfect Roasted Potatoes

Achieve crispy, golden perfection with these Perfect Roasted Potatoes. Simple yet delicious, these potatoes are the ideal side dish for any meal. Enhanced with garlic, truffle oil or butter, and optional parmesan cheese, they offer a burst of flavor that pairs well with a variety of dishes. What You Need —

2 – 3 russet potatoes

Canola oil

Garlic powder

Truffle oil/butter

Salt/pepper

Grated parmesan cheese, parsley (optional)

What You Do —

  1. Slice potatoes into quarters.

  2. Boil in salted water until shaggy.

  3. Toss with oil, garlic powder, salt/pepper.

  4. Cook cut side down for most crisp in 400°F oven.

  5. When golden brown, toss with fresh herbs, garlic, truffle oil/butter, lemon zest, and/or parmesan if desired.
